It’s the most basic of all questions, so what is so difficult about answering it?  The “six major food groups” is something that everyone should be able to determine immediately.  Here is our list so you can too:  – Carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta)  – Fats (nuts, seeds, avocado)  – Vegetables (potatoes, green beans, peppers)  – Fruits (apples, oranges, bananas)  – Milk (whole milk, Greek yogurt, Greek non-fat milk)  – Meat (fish, chicken)

The six food groups we should be eating include: 1. Carbohydrates: This includes fruits, vegetables, and watermelon. 2. Fats: This includes olive and coconut oils and fatty cuts of meat, and nuts and seeds. 3. Protein: This includes lean meats and fish, and eggs. 4. Fiber: This includes whole grains and beans. 5. Dairy: This includes low fat dairy products and yogurt. 6. Alcohol: This includes wine and beer.

Food is comfort to humans and animals alike. It is an important part of everyone’s life; we know that food is the base to all life and we can’t survive without it.
