How do you make ATHO Burma food? |

My love for ATHO Burma food started when I was in university, around 2002. I was eating my normal quite healthy diet. I was working for a brand new startup company, and my job was to be the delivery boy for the company.  I was delivering ATHO Burma food, which was a brownish red colour soup with vegetables. It was quite different from the normal brownish red colour soup. It was the only type of soup at the company’s cafe, which was not the only place where you could eat ATHO Burma food.  I really liked it, and the company’s “Burmese special” was the only thing I would eat.  I was eating it two times a day, and

I’ve been going to Burma for the last 2 years and I’m coming back next week with a bunch of ATHO food. I have more pictures and video of the process. Burma is a region of Southeast Asia that borders China, India, and Bangladesh, and the country has been known for its spicy cuisine for centuries.
