Is equate mineral oil food grade? |

I’ve decided to start doing the occasional blog post in which I discuss a particular topic in more detail. This is the first topic that I am going to be looking at.

When I first started getting into cooking and trying new recipes, I was relying on the ingredients I regularly used to make my food, and I found substituting some of my more common ingredients for the ones I didn’t use to be pretty easy. The problem was that I didn’t know that some of my more common ingredients were actually not safe to use. I had no idea what the safe alternatives were so I was making an all new batch of my family’s favorite dish and accidentally poisoning my family.
