He’s led the UFC into becoming a multi-billion-dollar company and the planet’s most popular mixed martial arts promotion. But have you watched the UFC boss taste the craziest food combinations and concepts in his famous ‘F*** It Friday’ series on social media?
Even those of you who aren’t following UFC President Dana White on Instagram may have possibly heard or seen his ‘F** It Friday’ videos that are shot from the UFC headquarters each Friday before a Fight Night or pay-per-view UFC event.
The UFC boss works with various chefs presenting him with wild food concepts as he delivers an opinion on each dish. The idea surfaced when White saw a KFC donut fried chicken sandwich ad and asked the UFC chefs to recreate it. White gave a food analysis on the donut, and his audience requested that he continue with more crazy foods, and just like that, “F*** It Friday” became a thing.
White scouts’ social media for new concepts gives viewers instructions on how to make their own, tastes it, and then gives a unanimous decision on how good (or bad) the food is – pun intended.
As previously mentioned by White, he enjoys making the series because these obscure food ideas aren’t exclusive to chefs but anyone at home.
Let’s look at some of White’s craziest “F*** It Fridays” thus far, both good and bad.
The Waffle Taco & Creamberry Cotton Candy Burrito
“It’s way better than you would expect,” White said when replying to the taste test of the cotton candy burrito filled with ice cream and captain crunch cereal.
However, White’s surprising reaction to the waffle taco was more intriguing. “Holy s***, this is good,” he commented.
The makeshift taco contained gram crackers, chocolate, marshmallows, and rolled ice cream, which was then placed in a taco-shaped waffle shell. The chef added chocolate sauce and whipped cream topped with s’mores to finish it.
Keto Puppy Chow before UFC 280
UFC 280 was a highly anticipated pay-per-view event from October 2022, as the promotion returned to Dubai for an epic night of bouts and championship fights. New York’s own Aljamain Sterling (Aljo) topped some of the headlines as he dismantled T.J. Dillashaw within two rounds. New York gambling enthusiasts were in full force that night in support of Aljo, but a day before the festivities, White was up to his old tricks on Instagram with a new crazy dish to analyze.
You may notice the Keto-theme that White has instilled in recent ‘F*** It Friday’ episodes. This is due to the UFC President’s recent health push and pursuit of the Keto diet. However, the Keto Puppy Chow still delivered the weird and wacky ideas we’ve always seen, as the chefs combined
A combination of sugar-free chocolate, peanut butter, and butter was poured over pork rinds and finished off with keto sweetener. Let’s just say White wasn’t impressed by this crazy creation, “It tastes like stale ass,” he commented.
Leftover Thanksgiving Cake
A week before Thanksgiving, White set his sights on the turducken, which ingredients included mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing, sweet potato icing, and melted marshmallows. This Black Friday tasting saw him indulge in leftover Thanksgiving Cake and White loved it!
“It’s awesome, absolutely awesome,” White said with a mouth full. “I could eat this all day, every day,” he added.
Pizza Burger

One of White’s most recent “F*** It Friday” ventures involved a set of ingredients we can all respect. The pizza burger was made by flattening a burger bun with a glass into a pizza-like shape. Tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni were added, emulating a pizza. The replica pizza was then used as a bun for two burgers covered in cheese and lettuce.
After one bite, a facial expression revealed his taste buds’ reaction: “I’m going in for a second bite,” White said. “This is the best thing I’ve had in a long time, winner; pizza burger is a winner.”
So, the pizza burger is a great place to start if you’re looking to re-create a “F*** It Friday” dish based on White’s opinion and its simplistic ingredients.
