Everybody loves string beans. They are inexpensive, easy-to-store, and have great health benefits. You can use them in salads, stir fries, or stuffed into homemade hummus. Adding beans to your diet is not just for vegetarians. Many people think that they are a diet risk, but they are actually a light source of protein. They are also high in fiber, which can help you feel full longer.

So, string beans are good for you, right? They’re rich in fiber, provide some potassium, and are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. But did you know that eating them can also make you glow (or at least give you a glowing tan)? The vitamin lycopene found in string beans may give your skin a slight glow, along with antioxidants like beta-carotene, an essential nutrient which is found in everything from carrots to carrots.

I’ve always been told that I’m supposed to eat more vegetables to get my glow on. As someone who is fairly new to vegetarianism, I’ve had my fair share of vegetable-only dishes, but I’ve always wanted to try string bean burgers.
