Every day, more people are switching to drinking green tea as a healthy alternative to coffee, tea, soda, and other drinks. And more are asking the question, “How much caffeine is in Bhakti chai? |”

I decided to make a cup of my favorite beverage, Bhakti Chai tea, and see if it will be enough to keep me awake and alert until 2:30 AM

Which tea should you drink to lose weight? Is tea really the perfect weight loss tea? Is it the real deal or just another tea hop-on-hop-off gimmick? What about tea’s caffeine content? Is there even a difference between ‘natural’ and ‘artificial’ caffeine? These are all questions I have been asked.
