I don’t follow the standard version of the ‘Diet Plan’ (or any diet plan, for that matter), because I want to be able to eat all the things I want while still staying fairly healthy. The thing is, I want to eat all the things I want, but not necessarily all the things that are bad for me. It’s more important to me to eat a few healthy foods that actually keep me in good health, rather than a few unhealthy foods that have a bunch of labels and ingredients, and I find myself struggling with.
