I also made some kale chips for snack, and we cleared out the cupboards looking for something to snack on. But look! There on the counter was this big rectangle of  whole grain, gluten free, healthy looking  marshmallow fluff.  It was calling our names, and it had to be ours.

Truth be told, we don’t know if Whole Foods sells marshmallows, but it doesn’t matter. The reason is because you don’t need to know whether they do or not. What does matter is that you want to learn about food and how you can eat better.

At the time this blog post was written, Whole Foods does not sell marshmallows. I wonder if they ever will.
