Today I’m going to show you how to make pizza dough without using any of those expensive, motorized mixers that require you to stand at the sink for 15 minutes with your hand in a bowl of flour, waiting for the dough to come together.

Making pizza is hard work. The dough is sticky and you are kneading it for a long time to make sure it’s correctly kneaded and not too sticky. You then let it rise a little bit and then…slice!
