When you look at your kitchen cabinet, can you find a bottle of distilled white vinegar? If you answered no, you are in the great majority. Most people have been conditioned by popular culture to believe that distilled white vinegar is bad for you. Most people are also not aware of the fact that more than 50% of the vinegar produced in the world is distilled. Most people are also not aware of the fact that vinegar is a great home remedy. So, can you eat distilled vinegar? Yes, you can, and you should!
