Eat cold chilli? You can. Yes, you can. And it’ll make your body feel awesome. But is eating chilli safe?

Yes, chilly chili may not seem appealing, but I’m not recommending you consume the whole bowl. If you make a big pot of chili and store it in the fridge to consume over the course of the week, a spoonful of cold chili may be very gratifying.
