This week, we are going to explore the menthol stigma by making a mint liqueur. Menthol is a chemical compound that is extracted from the leaves and stems of the mint plant. It is a flavoring agent that is used in many food and beverage products. Menthol is also an ingredient in many medicines. Menthol is also known as “spearmint”, “mint oil”, “spearmint extract”, “menthol crystals” and “menthol powder” or “menthol crystals”.

I use peppermint extract in my dishes, and I was thinking about how it might be in a dessert. I tried substituting creme de menthe for it and the result was delicious. I took some of the mint ice cream I made last week and added some of the creme de menthe to it, and it was a nice minty treat!

Menthol adds a cooling effect to the drink, and is also well known as an expectorant.
