It can also be a fun way to cook, whether you’re a novice or veteran, and to get creative with your favorite meats and vegetables. However, finding your way around a smoker can be confusing and even frightening the first time. So let’s take a look at why smoking deer sausage is a bad idea and how you can safely make deer sausage at home.
